Description

Field survey will be made in the major growing areas of Botswana to determine the incidence and distribution of virus diseases in cabbage and rape followed by modern laboratory tests and greenhouse activities to generate information on disease incidence, virus identity, diversity and variability. Efforts will also be made to identify sources of crop resistance to the most important virus for use in disease control.
