N2 - This paper discusses a proof of concept prototype system driven by knowledge embodied in a set of Ontologies; an algorithm Ontology and an execution timeline Ontology. The main idea behind Ontology Driven Compositional System (ODCS) is allowing domain experts to compose a system by choosing the system components and the desired interactions between these components in a way suitable to their problem. This differs from systems that ship with predefined data sets and algorithms that are preset for a specific purpose which may not be suitable for certain dynamic domains that require highly adaptive, and easily modifiable systems.
