N2 - An analytical method for studying flow in wavy channels is presented. The flow is considered laminar and steady, and the fluid viscoelastic. A shape factor is inserted in expressions for the stream function, thus allowing to model many different cross-section shapes that are the outcome of the chosen shape factor. This work aims at investigating kinematic aspects of the flow that may enhance heat transfer between the channel walls and the fluid.
